The Roustabelles are mostly spouses of the 'Bouts'. They do all the
jobs in the circus that don't involve heaving large objects about. Some
are specialists in sewing and weaving and play a large part in keeping
the costumes of the stars in good shape. They do the cooking, baking,
feeding, laundry, and other such chores. No slackers in this bunch
either. Canzoni won't tolerate it. Most are pretty tough and carry a
knife (2 dice) and a lot of them are expert with a thrown rock (2 dice)
or a sling (2 dice). All the circus crew fight dirty in hand to hand and
are good at it.
